CANADIAN METALLERS PROTEST THE HERO ANNOUNCED AS SECOND HEADLINING ACT
Just when you thought KRANK’D UP 2014 couldn’t get any louder or better, Turning Tricks Entertainment has pulled out all the stops to make this year’s version the unmissable event of the year. Joining Unearth and South Africa’s best local talent will be Protest the Hero, the famed Canadian group that has redefined the genre of metal.Having developed a cult following since their inception in 2001, Protest the Hero has toured relentlessly, sharing stages across the world with acts such as Bullet for My Valentine, Underoath, Parkway Drive and Avenged Sevenfold, and released the critically-acclaimed albums Kezia, Fortress, Scurrilous and Volition. Now, South Africa will be next in line to feel the almighty power of Protest the Hero at KRANK’D UP 2014!

Across two stages, and featuring the best of the best in local talent, alongside Unearth and Protest the Hero, KRANK’D UP will be held at Sundowners, Alberton, on September 27, 2014. Make sure that you don’t miss out on this epic event!

Early bird: R180 (From April 9th to June 10th)
Second phase: R220 (From June 11th to July 11th)
Final phase: R275 (From July 12th to September 27th)
50 VIP packages are available at R500 per person. This exclusive package will allow the attendee entrance to the festival, access to the VIP lounge, and a meet-and-greet hangout session with Unearth the day before KRANK’D UP 2014.
